Terms and Conditions

First of all, I want to thank you for getting this far. You're serious about finding the right maker and you're ready for the fine print.  So, here we go:

I require a deposit of at least 50% of the order prior to beginning work. Because those funds are immediately invested in your creation, your deposit is non-refundable.

Your order is made especially for you. It is a one-of-a-kind creation. Therefore:

• All sales are final. I cannot accept returns, nor can I offer refunds.
• If you are not satisfied with the result of my work, I will do my best to make any changes required, time permitting. My goal is your happiness.
• I will send notifications and/or pictures by text as work progresses to ensure your approval. You may decline these, but I do not recommend it.  

The balance of your order is due and payable on or before delivery. I am required by the State of Texas to add Sales Tax of .0825% to the total price, which is added to your balance. I accept Zelle, Cash App, or cash.  

I offer mums and garters  at a competitive rate. Because every mum and garter is a unique creation, I don't adhere to strict proportions or amounts. I do, however, include the following:

• A mum flower sized appropriately for the item, surrounded by two layers of ribbon 
• An assortment of ribbon streamers, including backing ribbons, mesh or metallic, and printed (e.g. "Homecoming")
• Three handmade braids or chains (usually more), including two-ribbon loop chains for names, "Homecoming", etc.
• Trinkets (3-5 on request), bells (1-3 also on request) and bows (usually at the bottom of the braids)
• Custom cutouts: "Class of 20XX", activity, organization, etc.
• We can add  or omit items at your discretion.  I'm flexible.

The best part of making mums and garters is getting to know my parents and reflecting the personality of the wearer. The more I know about the recipient, the better I can create something truly magical. Let your imagination fly and I will do my best. I promise you will get an item worth every penny.
