First of all, I want to thank you for getting this far. You're serious about finding the right maker and you're ready for the fine print.  My name is Lisa. I'm the top cat around here.  I'll be the one you'll be speaking with. So, here we go:

I require a deposit of at least 50% of the order prior to beginning work. Because those funds are immediately invested in your creation, your deposit is non-refundable.

All orders placed within ten days of Homecoming will be subject to a $40.00 rush fee. 

Any order placed within three days of Homecoming will be subject to a $75.00 rush fee, time permitting. Please understand this: If I am able to add your project to those I have for that time period, your rush fee is compensation for skipped meals and lost sleep. 

The best part of making mums and garters is getting to know my parents, and most importantly, reflecting the personality of the wearer. The more I know about the recipient, the better I can create something truly magical. Let your imagination fly and I promise you will get an item worth every penny.

Your order is made especially for you. It is a one-of-a-kind creation. Therefore: 

• All sales are final. I cannot accept returns, nor can I offer refunds.
• If you are not satisfied with the result of my work, please let me know immediately. I will do my very best to make any changes required. My goal is your happiness. 
• I will text pictures for your approval as work progresses. That includes the crown (top of the mum) and the the skirt (all the hanging things). This is the ideal time to request any changes or additions. I'll text another of the entire piece upon completion. 
• Sales tax of .0825% will be applied to your order.
• The balance of your order must be paid in full before leaving the premises. 
• If you are satisfied with my work, please consider adding your review on Google or FaceBook. Simply search "Crazy Cats Mums and Garters. Your time and effort is gratefully appreciated.

I offer mums and garters  at a very competitive rate. Because every mum and garter is a unique creation, I don't adhere to strict proportions or amounts. I do, however, include the following:

• A mum flower (or flowers) sized appropriately for the item, surrounded by at least two layers of ribbon loops.
• An assortment of ribbon streamers, including backing ribbons, mesh or metallic, and printed (e.g. "Homecoming")
• Handmade braids and chains, including loop chains for "Homecoming" or names.
• Bling and bows 
• Bears, boas, trinkets, bells are all available on request for an added price.
• Custom cutouts: names, "Class of 20XX", activity, organization, etc.
• We can add  or omit items at your discretion.  I'm flexible.
• ALL of my work is fashioned with at least two layers of ribbon. It makes a huge difference in the quality of the piece.
•  The size and number of items is your choice and are reflected in the price.
