First of all, I want to thank you for getting this far. You're serious about finding the right maker and you're ready for the fine print.  My name is Lisa. I'm the top cat around here.  I'll be the one you'll be speaking with. So, here we go:

Production of mums and garters is costly. To get that quality, professional look, it takes a great deal of time and materials. There's no way around it. In addition, the cost of labor here at Crazy Cats reflects my continuing efforts to improve the quality of my work. Because attention is paid to every detail, thirty hours dedicated to one piece is common. Senior mega mums can require sixty hours or more. I could (and probably should) raise my rate accordingly, but I won't. Please believe me when I tell you my prices are very reasonable. Ask me about it and I'll happily explain why. 

Moving on. I require a deposit of at least 50% of the order prior to beginning work. Because those funds are immediately invested in your creation, your deposit is non-refundable.

All orders placed within ten days of Homecoming will be subject to a $40.00 rush fee. 

Any order placed within three days of Homecoming will be subject to a $75.00 rush fee, time permitting. Please understand this: If I am able to add your project to those in progress for that time period, your rush fee is compensation for skipped meals and lost sleep. :)

The best part of making mums and garters is getting to know my clients, and, most importantly, reflecting the personality of the wearer, so the more I know about the recipient, the better. Here at Crazy Cats we live for your "Wow!" That joy truly makes all the effort worthwhile. Simple or extravagant, I promise you will get an item worth every penny.

Your order is made especially for you. Therefore: 

• All sales are final. I cannot accept returns, nor can I offer refunds.
• If you are not satisfied with my work, please let me know immediately.
• I will text pictures for your approval as work progresses. That includes the crown (top of the mum) and the the skirt (all the hanging things). This is the ideal time to request any changes or additions. I'll text another of the entire piece upon completion. 
• Sales tax of .0825% will be applied to your order.
• The balance of your order must be paid in full before leaving the premises. 
• If you are satisfied with my work, please tell a friend. If not, please tell me.

I offer mums and garters  at a highly competitive rate. Because every mum and garter is a unique creation, I don't adhere to strict proportions or amounts. I do, however, include the following:

• A mum flower (or flowers) sized appropriately for the item, surrounded by at least two layers of ribbon loops.
• An assortment of ribbon streamers, including backing ribbons, mesh or metallic, and printed (e.g. "Homecoming")
• Handmade braids and chains, including loop chains for "Homecoming" or names.
• Bling and bows 
• Custom cutouts:  "Class of 20XX", activity, organization, etc.
• Bears, boas, trinkets, and bells are all available on request for an added price.

We can add or omit items at your discretion. I work for you. I'm flexible.
